Doing the same thing you don't like everyday it will get you on a dead point but if you're doing the thing you like everyday, means you overcome the man you used to be yesterday and preparing for the man you'll be tomorrow.

It depends on how you feel and how much you want to evolve in your position. Only you have those answers inside of you. If you struggle to find the answer perhaps seeking another opinion or a life coach can help you with the answers you seek.

Absolutely! Just because you do the same job every day doesn't mean you have to do it the same way every day. When you look for ways to better your performance, quality of work, or introduce new ideas to your workplace then you're continually developing yourself as a person.

Of course. Sometimes people feel "defined" by their careers, and thus motivated to have a career that they find deeply fulfilling. That's perfectly okay. It's also okay to feel as if your career is just something you "do," and not who you are. Everyday you are presented with different situations, and you make different decisions based on those situations. You are learning and growing every single day.

I look at evolving as continuing to learn. I may be doing the same job everyday, but am I learning something somewhere in my life? At my job, I tend to ask a lot of questions about learning more about my job. Seek out the potential to learn more skills or higher position responsibilities. That helps me some.
