Adults need about 7-9 hours of sleep, although the exact number varies from person to person. Teenagers are still growing, so they need a little more sleep: somewhere around 9-9.5 hours.

depends on how old you are. when you are younger, you should get 10-11 hours each night, but as you get older the number decreases. for me, i am supposed to get 7-8 hours which is for teens and young adults. adults are 6-7 i believe. it all depends on your age. if you want to know specifics, you can search up how many hours you need based on your age and gender. hope this helped :)

You should get enough sleep that when you wake up you would feel rested and energised for the days activities. The amount of sleep required is based on the type of person you are and the activities you do on a normal day.

A solid amount of sleep is anywhere from 7-9hrs per night, but it all really depends on the person. If you nap, you may need less at night, or if you are very active/going through a lot/are sick, you may need more than the recommended 7-9hrs. Hope this helps!

This depends on how old you are, and basically on who you are. The numbers depends widely on your body. A teenager needs around 8-10 hours of sleep every day. But, not every body is the same. Some bodies work well with only 6 hours of sleep, and some require 12 hours of sleep. The best way to figure out your sleeping abilities is to look at how tired you are compared to the hours of sleep you got and figure out what number of hours makes you feel comfortable.

Before i tell the answer, i would like to say few things. Number 1: I prefer to sleep and wake up without any alarm clock sound waking me up. Basically, i want to have enough sleep and wake up on my own. I strictly dont like any alarm sound waking me up. Number 2: When I get enough sleep, I feel like the happiest girl on earth. My mood is all okay, all day long. In my cases, I really need like 10 hours of sleep. My age is 20+

It depends on your age and how your body works, but most often you want to get between 7 and 9 hours of sleep, but so long as you feel rested and have gotten a significant amount of sleep, you are okay.
