Any age is too young if the person isn't ready both mentally and financially. I was asked to leave at 18 and I was no where near ready. My parents believed once you turn 18 you should leave. They were VERY wrong!

it really depends on the person and the reason for leaving. for example, if someone is leaving because they are a good athlete and cant pursue their goals in the area they are in so leaving home to live with relatives or board with a family instead then id say they could be much younger than the age for someone who is going out to live on their own. teenagers may have to leave to pursue hockey goals, for example. but, if someone is just leaving home and moving on their own in their own place to work and pay their own way then i would say it would depend on the job. they should try to stay home until they are able to support themselves with their own income

Newborn-17. Once your 18 you can pack your bags and head wherever you want to go. Unless you don't have money or a plan that is.

I wouldnt give an age, I would say you should leave home when you feel you are able to mentally and emotionally deal with living alone, when you can financially support yourself is a big part as well.

16 is the youngest age in which a person can leave home (at least it is in the UK) without parents' consent. You will be brought back if you are in danger of any kind. 18 is when a person can leave home legally and independantly

It depends on the person and the situation. As someone who left home two weeks after their 16th birthday, living alone when under 18 is difficult, and in most places you can't do anything without parental consent as a minor because you can't sign documents. This means that even if you are able to get a job, you can't get a place to live with the money you make. If you want to live on your own, be really sure. Be prepared for things to be difficult. But also, if you need to leave in order to keep yourself safe or healthy, by all means do what it takes

You must be 18 or more than 18 years to leave home because that's the time when you can work for your own and pay your own bills! And if you're like 15 or under and thinking about leaving your home.. I must say that its a bad idea because you wont be able to enjoy your life LOL!

Below 18 years old is definitely too young to leave home. Personally I believe that the only responsible way of leaving home is when you are 100% positive that you will manage everything that is required when it comes to moving out, as cool as it might sound to have a freedom is not pretty as it seems. Keeping up to date with all the bills, making sure there is food, cleaning, rent. Think about it when you come back from difficult shift at work all you really would wish to do is eat some food thats ready and relax. You gonna have to cook it yourself, so its practically after leaving work you are doing different kind of work at home for yourself.

I guess before 18.That’s when you’re legally an adult and can be trusted to take care of yourself.Leaving home is always the last solution. If there are problems, always try to resolve them rather than opting for extreme options.

Well, I don't think there is a certain age here, I would say it depends on the maturity level of that individual.
