Hello! I'm glad you found me on 7 cups of tea. My names Brittney but people call me Sin. I enjoy history, writing, photography, and reading.  I am a trained listener and I support people with (Any form of Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Family stress, self-harm, relationship problems, breakups, general mental illnesses, LGBTQ+ and panic attacks. ...See more People who haven't dealt with depression sometimes think they know things "yes I know you're sad."  Or "come on! Let's go out!! I'll cheer you up" but they just can't understand thats now how it works. However, that's now what I'm here to talk about today;  here is list of something that no one talks about or don't know.  1. People always seem to ask if you're okay on your good days but can't seem to ask on you're bad days. 2. If you take medication for your depression, you would know there is no 'one magic pill' oh no, there is about 5 '50/50% chance of working' pills. 3. You still have good days, some for then others but sometimes, depression goes away for a bit but not when you need it too. 4. Just because one thing triggers one does not mean it triggers all. Different people with different mind get triggered by different things. 5. It's not just sadness. Yes, I know this one has been talked about but I still feel the need. Yes, sometimes you're sad but it's also, anxiety, feeling exhausted, loneliness, pain and lack of motivation. It's a World Wind of different feelings and at the same time. 6. That 'fake face' is not so easy to take off. Depression is psychological and sometimes that 'fake face becomes part of it. It becomes hard to tell yourself to take it off because you have convince yourself to keep it on Now, that's all the time I'm gonna take. Please comment something you think people don't know/don't talk about.  With love - Sin
