It doesn't always have to be so hard is it because you don't want to or because you can't? If you don't want to I think that it may be a good lifw changing desiccant to start because you can become anorexic or get bulimia and trust me from experience you don't want that

Looking at other people that may seem prettier or skinnier than you in your opinion triggers the urge to look like them and to lose weight. When you're hungry you think about those people and the calories or weight that you will gain when you eat. You think if you don't eat as much you'll get skinnier and look more like them. But it doesn't have to be so hard if you want to look like the girls you've seen that are skinny do it the healthy way. Don't eat less, eat healthier and exercise.

I can't say for sure. My area of expertise is Bulimia, but I have experienced Anorexia for a time. I can say that, when I was hungry, I felt like that sick feeling was good. Try to convince yourself that feeling hungry is not good, and when you do feel hungry, try and force yourself to eat. It's okay to slip up, but only every once in a while. Stick to it and see where it takes you.

You're not always going to feel at ease when eating, but it's something you'll get through. What's important is that you get through it despite the difficulty
