First, I would recommend seeing a doctor. However, that requires you to leave the house. Is there a way to bring a doctor into the home? Since you said extremely sick, I'm wondering if a relative could call emergency services to give you immediate care? If calling a doctor or emergency services to your home is not feasible: Baby steps. First try to stay outside for a few mins only, then gradually bring the few minutes into several minutes. Several minutes becomes one hour. Continue across the weeks until you have built enough immunity to go outside long enough to see the closest doctor. I feel like there are lot of unknown variables in this situation. Is the air quality in your environment bad? Do you have an immune system issue? If it's an immune system thing, bundle up appropriately and try to see a doctor (whether you go to them or them to you). They can get you an inhaler and other medications to assist. If this is a social anxiety related ailment that has escalated into agoraphobia, it's understandable to feel overwhelmed. The world can be quite scary but not everyone is this way. In this case, please call a therapist. They can employ a customized and individualized plan to accommodate your needs and gradually you will be able to leave the home again.

You might feel sick whenever you leave the house because you might be homesick or dealing with social anxiety. Reflect yourself on who or what made you feel this way. Is it because you don't go outside much? Most people who stay inside a lot feel sick when they go out. If that's not the case, then it most likely is anxiety. I suggest to make yourself feel better, the least you can do is dress your best. Most people tend to feel more confident in themselves when they wear their favorite outfits or try on some makeup. I'm not saying you should completely change yourself, just try doing something which can make you feel happier inside.

Create a routine when you leave, such as checking for your keys, phone, and money in that order, or anything else. Make sure to take a bottle of water or snack with you if you travel to work, job, or even for a walk.

Have you been to see a doctor about this? I know the thought of leaving your house when you have had experiences of feeling sick when you leave, but it would really help to talk to a doctor about this so you can get professional advice.

Well first it really depends on what kind of sick you're feeling. I assume you're talking about being homesick though. If that's the case, a few things you could do is warm yourself up. Go outside one day and walk away from your house. Don't go anywhere, just walk outside. Allow yourself to escape the shell that your house provides, and learn to break away from those chains.

Try to drink a glass of water and maybe have something small tgo eat before you leave. Make sure you've got everything you need so you don't stress, and maybe practice easy breathing or mindfulness before leaving the house.
