Because I want to enjoy the very first morning at dawn when the very first sunlight is about to come on Earth.

To do something out of the ordinary. To do somwthing to take my mind away from whatever I was thinking ir dreaming. I sometimes think of things that went wrong and so I go read a book, drink coffee , watch something, take a shower or jog.

Do you have reoccuring dreams or nightmares that cause to wake up (perhaps that you don't remember upon waking up)? Could there be a noise or light in your household around this time that would disturb your sleep? If neither of these and it's not imsomnia, or sleep apnea, then I would assume it's just one of those random and annoying things that happen to some of us. Hope this helps somewhat :) Take care.

Things like stress, diet, other mental health factors, and a history of sleep problems can all hurt your sleep quality. For me when I am really stressed I wake up a lot during the night.

Whenever I wake up at 4am or later, it is because I'm either worried about something or because I am excited about something that is going to happen tomorrow. Most of the time I find it incredibly hard to sleep, so it is usual for me to wake up at this hour.

If I wake up at early hours it's usually because something is on my mind. I might need to accept or resolve some question or problem. Or, I might have something to get done the next day and I'm anticipating doing it.

This could be because of many reasons. Best to arrange an appointment with a doctor to talk about it.

You wake up at four am due to having too many things on your mind. Perhaps drink a cup of tea and watch a short tv show for a moment. Try your best to get your mind off of things! c:

Waking up at 4am can either be a sign that at 4 am something happened to you, your body is used to waking up early, or it could be lack of sleep.

The main cause of not sleeping is insomnia. But there could also be a lot of things on your mind, you could be having nightmares. There's a lot of different reasons.

You might have a nightmare or something that's bothering you when you are sleeping. Sometimes people have trouble sleeping and you might want to check with a doctor.

Is this a new routine? Try to trim down what you eat ; Have a very light dinner ; sleep earlier too ; keep an alarm ; Your body gets hungry then you would wake up earlier

Its either you have a strange dream which led you to wake up in the morning, or probably its your alarm clock.

Maybe its because you went to sleep at 8pm so you had 8 hours of sleep so technically theres nothing to worry about

A lot of factors may affect that. One is your body clock. You were used to getting up at 4am. Another one is your environment which can affect the quality of your sleep.
