we are all people and we all feel sad sometimes. Just accept your sadness, as an important part of our life. You may think about doing things that make you feel good and get moving forward.

Feeling sad is a part of life.. It's okay to not feel okay at times.. And now you are feeling this way, doesn't mean the next moment would be the same.. Time will pass and bring happiness along! :)

Sometimes, things happen in our lives to make us sad. It can be a breakup, a lost opportunity, a failure at work or in school, etc. Life is full of challenges, but it is also filled with reasons for joy! However, if you can't attribute a precipitating factor to your sadness, or your feelings have been persisting for weeks, you may want to consider speaking with a physician about what you're going through.

Perhaps it is a phase. You need to allow yourself to feel sad, everybody feels sad once in a while. It is just a matter of time and work on your feeling that it will come to pass.

That is a hard question. We can start by recognizing the events that had happened and what have affected you emotionally recently. Emotions are sometimes fickle things. It comes and goes. And to be sad, is okay. Let the feelings run its course in you. Cry if you need to, scream if you need to. And then, slowly let it passes by like the wind brushing past your skin. Say goodbye properly. You might be sad again, but it's okay. It's okay.

Hi There! That seems tough to feel that way but I truly understand how you must be feeling. Even I too would have felt the similar way if I would have been in your shoes because your feelings are valid. It is very obvious to feel sad sometimes and it even enhances our emotional capabilities and our state of mind. We experience sadness that is the reason we could know what is happiness because there is no feeling of happiness if we don't have sadness at all. Dear they both are part of this long journey of life and we have to face them bravely and go ahead nourishing our emotions. If we feel sad at times, remember, after sometime we will experience happiness. These both are part of life so we will experience both we just don't have to give up at any time of life, we have to continue and continue exploring and experiencing things. Though for now, I just wish you feel much more better than before soon and I hope you feel happier very soon with a smile on your face. Have a great day and take care!

It's okay to feel sad sometimes without reason too, however there's always some dormant thought that is making us question things and making us sad. Maybe you could try to understand if there's something worth making you feel this way at the moment , maybe it's your mind's way of telling you that it is exhausted and that you should take a break, practice self care, do something that would take your mind of negative emotions and could help you make feeel better . There could be many reasons for an emotion , what matters is how you choose to deal with it 🙂

Feeling sad usually means you feel that you've lost something important to you. It could be a relationship, place, job, activity, or even an idea about yourself or the world. I wonder if you've lost anything recently?

Sometimes life can be rough and bring you down. But you have to look on the positive side even when it doesn't seem like there is one.

Things happen. Days feel like they're going spectacularly until they're not, and suddenly, everything is awful and sad. The most you can do is push through it. Remember that you've felt better before and you will feel better again. There isn't always a clear reason as to why you're feeling sad and if it isn't something you can fix by talking with someone, don't beat yourself up about it.

Sadness is an emotion and being an emotion, there are factors that cause you to feel sad. Consider looking at your environment, your social relationships and other events or situation in your life before you started feeling sad. This will help you understand and find the root cause of your sadness.

The reasons may vary. It is important to look at the current situation and underlying factors that may have lead you to feel that way. It can be just normal given the circumstances. But if it gets habitual or feels sad without any reasons, it can be a symptom to depression or another clinically defined psychological imbalance. Again, it is important to look at the present situation. If being overwhelmed by the situation, better to seek help either ptofessionally or to someone who you think can help you.

This is normal if you've been going through a very difficult time. If there is no apparent reason for you to feel this way, you might want to talk to a professional about how you're feeling.

Sadness is experienced when we have suffered a loss or witnessed something traumatic. I sometimes feel sad by listening to the news. It's heartbreaking which evokes the feeling of sadness.

Everyone has such a phase in his or her life. It maybe a sudden burst of emotion or maybe a particular problem may be annoying you. People do react on situations. Remember life is 10% what happens and 90% how you react.Understand your emotions and embrace them. At some point of life you feel out of the situation and tired. Its totally natural.Find the reason for this and work on it. I am after this certain period you will enjoy your life with happiness and success, and will be able to go through the problems in your life. Than you

Sometimes feelings overgrow us. It is normal to feel that way and we should try to find ways to feel better. Reaching out is a great way to start. Always remember, nothing lasts forever. The bad things will eventually be part of the past. Stay strong.

A lot of times sadness can have many underlying cause to it. Sometimes it so happens that we tend to focus so much on all the aspects of sadness that we forget the tiny bit that's actually causing it. If we look deep within ourselves, ask ourselves probing questions and accept the honest answers with dignity, then we might reach the source of our sadness. We can then heal ourselves, and that's how the journey of healing ourselves and caring for our mental well being begins.
