Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Assess your feelings towards people of both genders. It could quite possibly mean nothing and be only a dream, or it could be a hint to something bigger. If the thought of actually kissing someone of the same gender in real life is unappealing, you're most likely straight. But if it actually sounds nice, you might be LGBTQ+! Take your time, there's no pressure to figure it out now!

Your subconscious is a strange thing, you dream about all sorts of things, so it doesn’t automatically mean you are homosexual, but even if you are, that is completely different journey, one of discovery, and there are hundreds of people who are willing to talk to you about it.

you probably are attracted to them and/or just had a once in a while dream. self analyze and see if you are attracted to them, try and feel free in your own skin and sexual orientation

It means you're human. Sexuality is fluid, and no experience needs to be perceived as "bad" or "wrong". Having said that, however, just because you dream you kiss someone of the same sex does not mean it holds any truth or points to anything about you.

It could have various interpretations. First, it could just be a fantasy of yours which you want to experience or fulfil. Second, you could be bisexual. Third, you could be gay. Fourth, it was just a dream. It all depends on how you feel at other times in corresponding situations.

Dreams are a weird concept to understand. Most of the time what we see in our dreams are due to what we saw or experienced during the day, week, or anytime time in our life. Meaning you could have seen a same sex couple kissing in person on in a movie/TV show. Other aspects to dreams can be messages from you subconscious and have meaning to you. If there is a strong feeling or sense towards the dream of you kissing someone of the same sex, you can be open to trying new things and not limiting yourself to the opposite gender.

That's a very good question and interesting dream scenario to explore. Experiencing something like this in a dream doesn't necessarily mean you're attracted to people of the same sex (unless you feel that is the best interpretation). Kissing is something we do with another person when we also feel connected, safe, and open with. Perhaps this symbolizes for you, the connection you feel with a particular person (or people) of your gender. But what really is most important is how you reacted to the kiss in this dream. Were you accepting? Upset? Scared? Happy? Try to connect your reactions to the symbolism of what I described. If you reacted poorly, do you feel out of touch with your own masculinity/femininity or those of your own gender? Play around with ideas, and see what you think fits well with how you feel, and felt, about the kiss. Good luck!
