Exercise helps our whole being. Building our inner well being and our physical body. Helping self helps others. Getting to know ourselves allows for one's self to fulfill more in life. A healthy physical heart and lungs is essential for life. Leading to being able-bodied in taking care of our earthly tasks and duties. Health of the lungs and proper breathing the gift of life allows us to share help and support. Life requires energy and exercise allows us to work through things that drain our energy. 5 10 15 min day. A walk with the kids or dog, a few laps at the pool, walking in place....Getting started is hard sometimes give it a try its worth the effort to do a bit of exercise.

Exercise is important because it leads to a healthier, happier lifestyle. It also decreases the risk of getting certain diseases and health issues. Exercise is also a great way to connect with other people. Many people go to the gym or for a run and will meet others that are invested in their health. This can be a great way to form friendships. The most widely known benefit of exercise seems to be the physical aspect. With exercise you can lose weight and build up your muscular and endurance levels. With these, it is much easier to go about your life and not have so many health problems.

Take this from a weight lifter's perspective. Exercise is important for three major things. The first is it opens up your veins and gets your heart pumping to get good oxygen to the brain. This can actually help you feel less depresses and anxious when it comes to self esteem. The second important one is no matter what your fitness goals may be in the end you are doing it for yourself and that is a form of self love so you are working on being the best version of yourself not because others told you so but because you told yourself to do so. Lastly it actually helps build a strong immune system, and helps you heal faster when you get injured or sick (minor injuries not major ones you need surgery for). Why it does that is because no matter what you choose to do to exercise your body will tell you if you are getting good food or bad food in your body by the energy level you have to do your workouts. You do not just learn about your own body but you learn how the correct way to eat and correct time to workout actually benefits your own body to sustain its self when in action. As I always say to others. 30 minutes three days a week is literally the bare minimum you need. You do not need to work out for one hour six days a week like me. Figure out why you want to be more healthy, make a plan on how to achieve it and go for it. Most importantly don't be afraid to walk into a gym. Most of us muscle looking guys who see someone new come into the gym makes us happy to know another person is taking their first step into a better life. We cheer you on in our heads to keep going, and also know we all had a starting point just like how you would be starting out. Don't be afraid to ask us how a machine works, or how to work out a certain muscle. We all love to help and and share what we know. Best of luck for your fitness goals.

The benefits of exercise know no bounds! There are both short term and long term benefits to exercise. One short term benefit is improved mood. An improved mood can be the result of the endorphins that our bodies release after exercise which serve to compensate for any pain and tension the exercise may cause. An improved mood may also come as a result of developing a sense of satisfaction from accomplishing a goal and completing a task. Another short term benefit is conditioning. By starting to exercise, you can physically condition your body which can make everyday tasks easier such as climbing stairs, going for extended walks and carrying groceries. By starting to exercise, you can mentally condition your mind to prepare it for more exercise and activities that require mental endurance as well as physical endurance such as running. A long term benefit of exercise is fat loss. Excess body fat is known to increase the likelihood of a myriad of health disorders such as diabetes, hypertension and even cancer. To have a healthy body fat reduces the likelihood of developing such disorders. Another long term benefit of exercise is improved mental health. Exercise can lead to improved mental health because it stimulates the mind and body in a natural way. As it leads people to have healthier bodies, there are less physical disorders that can lead to feelings of depression, anxiety and helplessness.

Exercise helps me to disconnect from fight or flight mode when I am feeling anxious It helps me to keep my weight in a healthy range. It builds confidence for me and helps me make new friends and bond with them when we do statics together via zoom these days. We take turns being the leader to think up of different statics. Exercise is also a form of meditation to me. I will get inspiration and get into the flow. It is an enjoyable moment too. Exercise coupled with intermittent fasting helps alot. It has helped me to lose 5 kg. Accumulated from heading out less these days. I love exercise I think I would like to get addicted to it. There are worse addictions.

People who exercise regularly tend to do so because it gives them an enormous sense of well-being. They feel more energetic throughout the day, sleep better at night, have sharper memories, and feel more relaxed and positive about themselves and their lives. And it’s also a powerful medicine for many common mental health challenges. Regular exercise can have a profoundly positive impact on depression, anxiety, and ADHD. It also relieves stress, improves memory, helps you sleep better, and boosts your overall mood. And you don’t have to be a fitness fanatic to reap the benefits. Research indicates that modest amounts of exercise can make a real difference. No matter your age or fitness level, you can learn to use exercise as a powerful tool to deal with mental health problems, improve your energy and outlook, and get more out of life.

Exercise gives me a chance to express myself. It allows me to clear my head and get rid of all the stress and anxiety. Also, constantly exercising can help you to raise your self-esteem when you see the progress. I also believe that exercising allows us to rid our minds of worries and it helps to release endorphins. These endorphins are feel-good hormones and I feel that this helps to ease my pain and depression as well. Seeing your body grow can also help you to gain back confidence and self-confidence is very very important. I also feel that exercising increases the chance of social interaction and will help to make u feel less lonely.

Although exercise has many physical health benefits, it is important for me because it’s helps me feel I have achieved something. It helps me to feel better about myself and to take some much needed time out to clear my head. It is so important to take time out for yourself and spend some time in your own. After all all you really have in this world is you and getting to know yourself and who you really are is a very important part of life. Exercise also allows your body to produce very important feel good hormones which reduces your chance of depression and anxiety.

Excerise is something that I've cherished more recently the older I become. The reason for this is that in growing older it can become more difficult to do activities that were previously relatively easy. Without building muscle or having a chance to stretch I sometimes feel weaker. Beyond even this reasoning, I've noticed that at least for me it helps keep me focused rather than preoccupied and has helped me stay calm. At times I've found it difficult to sleep, but found it easier to sleep after exercising more. I could note that excerise has been used to help hamper weight gain. In daily life, I've noticed positives from exercising with others. For instance, going to a dance class or group sessions has been positive for some friends. For me excerise has been more therapeutic is o e reason I like excerise. Sometimes it could be as simple as going for walks or even for fun lessons like dance or learning an art like boxing.

Hi! I believe exercising is important because it helps keep you physically and mentally healthy. Personally I struggle with maintaining my physical health a lot and I've noticed that exercising regularly has helped me loose weight and maintaining good levels of my vitals. But also its something I now look forward to and something I enjoy a lot. As it helps me stay productive, increases my self esteem, and keeps me motivated to push myself beyond my boundaries and be the best version of myself everyday. At first it was really hard to start doing exercise everyday, but once I was able to just start and make it a habit in my life, thats when it really became of importance to me. And became more than just about being healthy or fit.

Exercise is important because it helps the heart to be healthy and strong. It also helps with circulation, it helps regulate your sleep, and alleviates stress. It can extend your life and prevent illness. Not to mention, it can also keep your body looking its best. There are many different ways to exercise so finding an activity that in enjoyable is easy for most people. Ive personally found it hard to find motivation to start exercises, but i usually find that once I get going I find it very enjoyable and hard to live without once I begin. There are many other reasons, both mental and physical, why exercise could be important to an individual, but only you can decide why exercise might be important to you.

Hello! Welcome to 7 Cups. Thankyou for reaching out with your question. As an active person, I have found a new love for exercise. In the past, I have suffered from anxiety and depression. I found that the number 1 thing that helped me was exercising. It gave me energy, as well as provided me with a space to clear my mind. I ended up sleeping better, gaining confidence, and getting in better physical health. It is now my favorite hobby to do and I try to encourage everyone to do the same. There are so many benefits of exercising.

That's also my question in the last few months. Apparently, it's about brain, those mechanisms in the brain are favored by exercise. Acceleration also brings motion into the body, and helps the flow of useless things inside the body to get out of the body => better health. Also, exercising brings energy into the system, like inertia in a car. Overall, it boils down mostly to the brain (for me at least, I'm a brainiac, and if you weren't also a brainiac, you wouldn't have asked the question in the first place :D) Health benefits for the whole body is a plus, of course.

Exercise is important for you and everyone else because it is extremely beneficial for physical and mental health. When you exercise your brain, your brain releases endorphins, a natural hormone that relieves pain and creates a general sense of well-being. It also helps you improve memory, thinking abilities, stimulates the growth of new brain cells, and helps to prevent age-related decline. For your body, you burn calories helping you to maintain or lose weight. If you are at a healthy weight exercise can keep you in shape and keep your body fit. Exercise also allows you to have time to think through your day and refresh your mind. Overall exercise is very important for both our physical and mental health.

Exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Exercise prevents health problems, builds strength, boosts energy, and can help you reduce stress. It can also help you maintain a healthy body weight and control your appetite. You are more likely to meet fascinating new people and become friends with them and you could exercise together. Plus, if you find the right sport or station, it could be fun! You don’t have to exercise every day, but if you find yourself having free time, stop by the gym or try out a sports club near you! You might be thankful later!

Being physically fit helps to keep blood pressure under control. The heart is a muscle and if it is not exercised it will not be healthy. When you are fit, your heart is less likely to develop the many heart diseases found in so many people today. Walking is said to be the ultimate way to remain fit, with 2000 steps per day great for exercising the heart and keeping those joints supple also Physically active people are healthy & risk-free from several diseases like diabetes, cancer, and cardiovascular disease etc. Regular physical activity improves long term good health and helps to improve quality of life

One of the ways exercise can lower the risk of heart disease is by keeping cholesterol levels under control. It increases the level of good HDL cholesterol, which helps to clear the bad LDL cholesterol from the arteries. High-intensity and regular exercise increases HDL levels by 5-15 percent. When men exercise moderately, their elevated levels of harmful cholesterol (LDL cholesterol) tend to decrease. For example, this effect can be achieved with 30-35 minutes of exercise 3 times a week. Aerobic exercise is effective in maintaining bone strength. It creates stress on the bones and this stress helps to increase and maintain bone strength. The decrease in bone density, known as osteoporosis, occurs with age. This is more common in postmenopausal women than in men. Because men have a denser bone structure, it takes longer for them to decrease in density. Any type of aerobic exercise will make you have stronger bones. Even riding a stationary or mobile bike can be effective. As the muscles in your thighs and hips strengthen, they push against the bones, stimulating bone growth. You should remember that exercise prevents your mental fitness from decreasing. Long-term memory (the ability to remember events from the distant past) does not decline with age. But short-term memory (the ability to remember recent events) declines with age. One reason is that as we age, brain cells receive less nutrients and oxygen than usual. Exercise also delays the effects of aging with the high nutritional element and high oxygen level it provides to the brain cells. Aerobic exercise also helps increase the amount of message-transmitting chemicals so that messages are carried to brain cells more quickly. Aging can also affect intelligence or cognitive ability. For this type of memory, the brain needs more oxygen. Quick thinking and grasping ideas begin to decline in adulthood and continue into old age. Aerobic exercise also slows this process down.

So, why is exercise important? It can benefit you on a biological and mental level. One thing it helps with is using different parts of your body, stretching and moving them - it can allow for different neural paths. In addition, sweating can be seen as getting rid of som toxins in your body which makes for clearer skin. Exercise can also be seen as a timeout from your day to day. And if do it right it can clear your mind, reset your body, and allow you time to focus on yourself. . .

Exercising has always played a central, significant role in my role. When I was younger, around 14-16 years old, I used to play football. Then at the age of 18 years old approximately I got into weightlifting. At first, the main reason why I started to hit the gym and workout was just because I wanted to gain a little bit of weight. However, with time, I started to fall in love with the sport and with fitness in general. It started to become like a hobby and a passion for me. I started to work out for like 6 to 7 days a week and still to this day, I am still doing so. On Sundays, I would usually take a day off. Exercise is very important for me because it has so much benefits. The most important benefits to me are the mental and health benefits and the improved/better-looking physique that comes along is like a bonus. By exercising, I got way stronger both mentally and physically as well. I feel healthier, more focused and aware and just generally well. Exercising is an integral and fundamental part of my life and without it, in my opinion, one can't fully live and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
