Exercise is important because it helps you feel rejuvenated and more energized. It does not only help you physically but it also helps you mentally. By exercising, your brain is staying healthy and many endorphins aka happy molecules are being released. However, it can be hard to find motivation to exercise and it is hard for many people, so you are not alone at all. Think of all the benefits you will get from having a healthy exercise routine that does not overwork you or exhaust you than not having an exercise routine. I hope this helped you out

The health benefits of regular exercise and physical activity are hard to ignore. Everyone benefits from exercise, regardless of age, sex or physical ability. Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn. Regular exercise helps prevent or manage many health problems and concerns as well as improve cognitive function. Finally, physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier, more relaxed and less anxious.
You may also feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem.
The Mind-Body connection has long been recognised as essential for one's well-being. However, nany people like Descartes viewed these as separate entities and believed that the mind(nonphysical)exists distinctly from the body(physical). This revolutionized science into today's analytical methodology where the body is systematically studied. However, it doesnt take a rocket scientist to conclude that thoughts affect us in surprising ways. Likewise, our physical states affect our wellness. Exercising de-stresses our bodies, improves our general health and resets our tangled minds. It essentially boosts our mental health by maintaining flexibility. By applying simple exercise routines in our daily lives, we could enjoy the benefits of a clearer mind and a fitter body. In the practise of well-being, what matters is how we reduce the anxieties, stresses, and perserve sanity. Exercise is the key to keeping stresses in balance n worthy of our time investment.

Exercise is important because it's not only the act of caring for your body but also challenging it. That, over time, if you keep working it, it can do great things. For me, it has been a mental journey and I feel better after doing it and it has improved my self-esteem. Even when I don't want to exercise, my self-confidence is improved because I can do things despite not "feeling like it". Exercise is important for the mind, body and spirit. Exercise is also know to boost your mood, improve your cardiovascular health, increase discipline, ect. It has increased discipline for me because I see the small results and I want to keep going

It's extremely beneficial to one's health as well as mental health by experience less low moods. Although it's not easy to get into a habit of exercising if you are living alone, I personally had to add it into my daily routine before I got use to continuously exercising- gym type of exercise wise. Though if you have a favourite sport then definitely try it out! Perhaps finding a local team to join. Most of the sports group are really friendly so there's no need to worry, for instance, I joined a local team when I was 16. Despite my young age, I was treated as an equal rather than someone to leave out!

Exercise is important to maintain a healthy body, both mentally and physically. Mentally I am able to unwind from any stressors during the day and solely focus on the act of working out. Physically I keep my body in better health, which is one way I can reduce stress. Knowing my body is well taken care of is key to reducing any overarching worries I can have in my life. In totality, I take great satisfaction in knowing that working out helps keep my body in its best possible state so that I can enjoy life to its fullest.
When I find the motivation to exercise to start is a good feeling. During workouts may not be fun but how I view my self after is. I feel good I did something productive and good for my body. Honestly, it makes me happy. After I get home and feel more awake. And when my legs or arms are sore i know i did something right. After a run i feel a high and during I only focus on the activity. It's like nothing else in the world matters. I wish I found myself working out more because I know it's healthy for me.
Exercise in general is important for people for many reasons. Exercise has many benefits (surprisingly not only physical!) as well as that it is crucial for certain functions.
Exercise comes in many forms.... From walking to high intensity work outs. Some people benefit from different types and certain exercises fit lifestyles better than others.
Exercise generally is important to keep your body healthy, exercising moves your muscles and bones keeping your muscles defined and movement in your joints healthy. This is important to keep you at optimum health and allows you to carry things and move long distances.
As well as just keeping your body healthy in that way, exercise increases blood flow helping reduce heart issues and fat build up in arteries, as well as burning fat so you maintain a healthy weight!
Not only does exercise help that but multiple studies and articles I've read have proven that exercise has a positive effect on our mental wellbeing as well. Making us feel good about ourselves and giving us time to think.
Exercise is like a meditation. It keeps you , not only fit, but also helps you to be Active all throughout the day. It helps to cure many problems like depression and help you to live happily. Try exercising for a month you will experience a lot of changes in yourself. Trust me from an underconfident guy you can be a Confident guy just by exercising. Also, do not try to over burden yourself by doing vigorous exercise. Everything in excess can be very risky. Exercise is done best in morning. It helps you to become disciplined in your life.

Exercise brings many benefits to your body. There is really NO negative side of exercising (with excepts of course, like working out a lot and not giving your body rest). Exercise is also good for you mind, clear your head, improve your immune system, strengthen lungs, heart and blood circulation. The best part of exercise is that: not confined to a location like a gym. You can ride bicycle, take dance classes, go hiking, take walks, do yoga, join a club and make friends. Working out with somebody is a good way to keep yourself motivated and on track.
Exercise helps me focus on myself. It is a period of time reserved exclusively for me and my body, where I shower my body with the attention and care it deserves. I also get to develop a healthier and better physical and mental self for myself. Starting my day off with exercise revitalizes me and prepares me for the day ahead. Exercise is not just restricted to physical exercise, it also includes mental exercises. Riddles, brain teasers, meditation, yoga, all of these constitute as exercises. The best way to exercise is to plan a routine, and stick to it! Happy exercising!

Exercise is important for me because it allows me to make time for myself, which is something I often forget to do. Having something like exercise that I routinely do also helps me to feel more productive. I like to feel productive when taking time for myself because it makes me feel like I am accomplishing something. My favorite form of exercise is running because it helps me to relieve stress and I can do it outside. I love running in new places because it helps me learn where things are and allows me to take in the sights.

For me, exercise is an opportunity to de-stress and take my mind off of school and work, while also allowing me to do something healthy for my body and mind. Even though it may be tough in the moment, I always leave a workout feeling refreshed, calm, and most importantly, happy. Even gentle exercise like yoga or stretching has been amazing for my mood, as well as my overall physical wellbeing. And - not all exercise has to be solo! It's a great way to connect with people and have fun with friends. My friends and I enjoy weekly Zoom-ba classes together, and all agree that the fun-filled dance exercise is an excellent way to shake out some of that exam stress.

Exercising is very important. Exercise is not only good for your health. It's good to help with your emotional state. Sometimes you may have a lot going on in your life where you need to take a minute and focus on yourself. You could walk, jog or even go to a gym just to clear your mind. When you exercise and eat healthier it makes you feel better to have better energy. Exercising with close friends and family would make it a lot easier to do. It's all forms of ways to exercise you don't have to go just to a gym. There is bike riding, swimming, running, walking, etc
Exercise is important because it effects you physically, mentally and with your overall well being. Sometimes when I'm stressed I will exercise for thirty minutes. Only have a short period of time, I will feel more calm and at ease and I have mental clarity and awareness that I didn't have before the stressful situation. Its also important to make exercise part of your lifestyle. When its something you do for your health, you are putting you 1st and not your feeling or emptions 1st (which can change rapidly) saying you are too tired or you aren't in the mood to exercise for whatever reason it may be that day.
exercise is something that plays a very important role in maintaining your physical as well as your mental health. doing exercise not only makes you feel active, but it also makes you more productive in any activity you chose to do that day.
exercise helps secrete a serotonin in your body, which is a happiness hormone. you'll definitely feel better after doing a workout !
from taking a small walk, to riding your bike, playing your favorite sport. its all a form of exercise! just make sure you sweat out all those toxins from your body along with those negative thoughts and energy.
Exercise is very important for staying in shape, boosting your metabolism, helping to de-stress, staying healthy, and it can often be very rewarding. It can be rewarding in the sense of achieving either short-term or long-term goals. For example, when setting a new personal record for running, your self-confidence and self-motivation is boosted. Exercising is something that everyone should be engaging in when they're available and ready to do so. Patience is key when exercising because there are days when life knocks you down, but it is your choice to either stand back up or stay down :)
If we are talking about physical exercise, it is super important as it is not only healthy for you but gives you a chance to focus on something that isn't a normal stress causer. For myself at least, whenever I work out, I don't have to worry about school work, relationship stress, or anything else unless I choose to think about it. This time which is dedicated to taking care of my body gives my brain a much needed rest and is something that I use as a reward for myslef. There are times when it's okay to not exercise because it will cause you more stress to lose that time that could be spent elsewhere, but overall, it will allow you to give your brain that much-needed break.
Good question. By engaging in exercise, one may experience a better mood, a higher range of motion, and brain benefits. Even small bouts of exercise can be helpful too. In your experience, how did you benefit from exercise and how did you feel? This might help you identify why exercise is important for you.
Apart from that, exercise might help you distract yourself from negative emotions and unhelpful thoughts. Does that sound relatable? Trying some form of exercise may help in discovering its importance and which ones you find worthwhile. Although exercise is important, perhaps, one can get overwhelmed by being over-ambitious, making it hard to benefit in the long-term.
Does keeping an exercise log sound beneficial? Feel free to reach out to any listener and, we will be happy to hear your thoughts.
Best wishes on your journey.

Exercise can help when you are stressed. When you exercise, it releases feel-good hormones. It helps you think about good things and get your mind off of what it is that is bothering you. If you exercise, it can also make your body better and help you feel healthier. It also can give you hunger if you are not eating well currently. The feel-good hormones are what release whenever you do something that makes your body feel healthier, or even better. Your mind can get healthier when you exercise daily because you think about what makes you happy. Exercise daily and there will be a great change in your body and your mind.
Exercise is not only great for your physical health, it is great for your mental health too! Improving your physical health through exercise will help you fight diseases and illnesses in the future. Exercising will also help you build a strong mentality (exercising can be struggling at times, so by pushing through your entire workout session, you're building a stronger mindset). The best thing about exercising is that it comes in a variety of different forms: walking, cycling, and swimming are good for building endurance; lifting barbells, pull ups, and push ups are great arms excercises; leg lifts, squats, and skateboarding help build muscle is your legs; sit ups, planks, and leg raises are great for your core. Happy exercising!
Exercise is important to me because it helps our bodies stay healthy and happy. When I exercise, I feel better about my body and it boosts my self-esteem knowing that I did something to improve myself and keep my body functioning properly. Exercising can be done in various ways and that is what keeps it interesting. You can plan on exercising in different ways each day you decide that you should exercise. Exercising can be walking, jogging, running, cycling, swimming, dancing and more. As long as you keep your body active and moving, it will count as exercise and you will feel great.

Exercises keeps your body fit and make your mind fresh. It is also a way for you to express yourself, whether its anger, frustration, or even stress. Instead of exploding them at people around you which may be resulting a strain on your relationship, you could explode them all out through exercising. Furthermore, it could also become your hobby, finding interests and goals is very significant to keep your motivations up. In conclusion, exercises is necessary for your mind. To prevent yourself from piling up emotions that is unable to express or could not be put into words. While keeping your mind healthy, your body would be fit as well. Considering most people today which spend most of their time inactive, exercise is a great option to make your body remain fit and live a longer, healthier lives.
exercise is so so so important for you for sooo many reasons! first, let me tell you that exercise can increase your mental health significantly! By going outside, breathing that fresh air, or even taking a 30-minute walk, you are doing an equivalent of 30 minutes of therapy! That is a lot! Exercise is another way to be healthy overall! Whether it is physically or mentally, you will be stronger. Do your best to exercise every day! You will notice a huge difference in everyday life. Some of my favorite exercises are going on walks, practicing yoga, swimming, and so much more!
Exercise can improve your mood. Have you ever had a stressful day at work and needed to blow off steam? Try a relaxing thirty-minute walk or a workout at the gym to help calm yourself down.
Need to blow off some steam after a stressful day? Regular exercise actually helps to stimulate certain chemicals in the brain that actually leave you feeling more relaxed and happier than you were before you completed your workout.
Additionally, you will feel better and look better with regular exercise. This, in turn, can help to increase confidence and improve your overall self-esteem. As you may already know, it can even help to prevent or treat depression.
Regular exercise can help to combat chronic illness. Are you worried about heart disease? Do you hope to prevent osteoporosis? If so, regular exercise may be the answer that you looking for.
Physical activity can help to lower or stabilize your cholesterol levels. Studies suggest that regular physical exercise can boost “good,†HDL (high-density lipoprotein) cholesterol levels while lowering levels of triglycerides in the body. This dual-action can help to keep your blood flowing regularly and smoothly and lowers the level of built-up plaque that can collect in your arteries. Additionally, regularly scheduled exercise can prevent certain types of cancer, type II diabetes, and osteoporosis.
Regular exercise and help you to lower or maintain your weight. Would you like to shed excess pounds? One way to do it is to get off the couch and start walking or taking part in some other physical activity.
I believe through my experience that physical and mental health are very much related, after all the mind and body aren't separate, it's the part of the same being. It's less about the outwardly benefits, which may include aesthetics, losing fat, gaining muscle, etc, and more about the feeling itself of exercising. It helps me stick to my schedule, be proactive and gives me a sense of purpose and freedom when everything else sucks. Those few hours of zoning out and totally being in the present, trying to push beyond my limits is what keeps me going throughout the day.
Exercise is a way of staying physically healthy! It is just one of the many ways for us as people to take care of our bodies. Being physically active, not only keeps us healthy but sometimes it's a great way to refresh from anxiety and stress and other issues that may be too much for our mental health to handle. Say you're feeling stressed about a paper you have to write, going for a nice jog around your block gets the blood pumping and flowing to your brain, therefore, helping you think of things to write. So go for a run, a jog, do some jumping jacks! Stay active for not only your physical health but your mental health as well.
Exercise offers health benefits, of course, and increases metabolism which means the food you eat digests better and more efficiently. It also releases endorphins, which improves your mood and makes you feel better, less depressed, and more energetic. It can help dial down anxiety, since it's hard to think about your worries when you're running to music, and helps connect you to your own body. It can also be a social activity! Everyone has a different experience with exercise and finding a way to be active that feels good for you is the most important part about working out!
Exercise is not just a physical engagement of various activities limited only towards training one's body but also very important for mental well-being. It releases positive harmones which in turn makes us feel a sense of achievement and self satisfaction. It not only increases our self image and self efficacy but also improves our lifestyle choices. There are various types of exercises that one can indulge in, the one's that fit perfectly with that person's requirements and are something they're comfortable with. When it comes to exercise, persistence and consistency is the key for it make the most impact.
