Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

There are coping techniques you can use to help or an alternative is see a doctor so they can talk about the best treatment for you as everyone is different.

Not if you put up a fight with it (psychologists, more professionals, et cetera to help you through if you need that).

Feeling at ease is a something you decide. Depression is just a tag for confusion and lack of ability on managing your own emotions. Becoming aware of your emotions and learning to embrace them as they are is the key to find ease. Mindfulness can help-

I still find myself slipping in a dark place occasionally, but I now have the tools to cope a lot better. Plus I have the support of a good partner and I really think that helps. So, my answer is that many people might well always have some level of depression, but they will learn to cope with it. It does get better. Please remember that.

Deression can be caused by you overhinking incidents in your life or because of someone. You are the person getting affected by depression. It's your choice what you want to feel. You are overthinking stuff and drawing conclusions and driving yourself mad. Get something to do. Depression isnt easy to deal with. You cant just not care about some things in your life but if you care too much, its your loss aint it? You somewhat choose to be depressed. Like find something fun or interesting. Go the mall, watch a movie, read a book, run, exercise, go out with your friends. Enjoy your life while you can. Things in your life will come and go. If you're always depressed, you"ll never enjoy life. Be positive, its tough i know. You chose to be depressed and only you can get rid of youre depression if you want to.

When you feel at your lowest, always remember that things can only go up from there! Things to get better ,they always do! You just have to try to be positive, and remove toxic things from your life. Be strong, and find things about yourself to love.

Depression almost always comes back but you do get "breaks" from it. Getting a therapist can help a lot

It depends. You should ask yourself these questions- do you really want to cure yourself? Are you ready to make a change in your life and get away from the things that are making you drown?

Remember, sadness is always temporary.. This too, will pass. Our sorrows and wounds will heal. We need to have the hope and the compassion to get healed. It does not matter how slowly you heal, as long as you do not stop.

No you will not my friend. Things get better, they really do. I know its hard to believe and feel that way right now, its scary to be going through what you are.. I have been there, just like you, and its terrifyng. But after the hurricane passes comes the sunshine. It will improve by light years, soon you will be able to taste the sunshine.. One day this will all be a faint memory

I order to beat depression is just a matter of motivating yourself and trying new stuff even though you don't feel like it. Friends and family should believe in you, but more important you should believe in yourself.

Depression is something that canbe cured. So don't worry that you will always have to feel this way. It seems like there is no end but there will be. There are treatments to make you feel happy again. Because you deserve it. If you have depression think about talking to someone about it. With the help of a psychologist I know that you can make it through this. And don't forget: You are beautiful ♥

No, it all up to the person. depression is hard to come out of but in order to come out of it is seeking help either professional, family or friend. Once speaking about why you are depress it helps the mind set ease and make you feel a little more better, little by little it may not happen all at once. Some therapist provide medication to help with your depression but either you not seeing a therapist or dont want to take medication theres always other options such as speaking to someone. Remember happiness is a choice and its all up to you if you want to come out of that depression,

No is the simple answer. The complicated answer? It all depends on you. And how hard you work for happiness. If you truly want to be happy again, then you will be. You just have to have hope, remind yourself it will be better. Your depression is a part of your life path, but it isn't who you are. It doesn't define you. And it never will.

Emotions fluctuate you may find the one joy in your life that will remove all of the fear, doubt, or pain you are feeling. However you will only get to that point if you work towards progression.

Only if you decide to. You can either choose to take control of your mind or continue to abdicate from the responsibility to pick the life you probably claim you want.

You might. Some depression is temporary, some comes and goes, and some lasts a lifetime. Only time, and therapy and medication, will tell.

For some people depression is battled a lifetime and others it's only temporary. Remember that it does get easier to deal with no matter how long you have it. You learn to understand it and yourself better.
