Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Depression is a lot like diabetes, it won't go completely away, but you can keep it under control..

Sometime depression is caused by an event or experience, and It causes us to have this gray cloud to follow us around, and it causes us to not see the bright sun in life. Sometimes, we can be our own wind, and blow the cloud away, or have someone sweep the cloud away, and let us see the sun of life. Depression isn't forever, it goes away when we allow it to.

That's entirely up to you. Depression can be dealt with. With the correct support and perhaps medication it can be conquered.

When you're depressed, you think it will last forever. There is no getting out of it and you just decide to live with it. But it doesn't, it never does. It gets better. Always.

No you won't always have it. Depression takes time to go away, there's no real cure for it it's a time healer, with a combo of time, meds and therapy

No, of course not. I won't lie, depression is an uphill battle like no other. The bravest thin one can do in his life is fighting it ^^ The best advice i can give you is: Ask for help. It's really hard to find someone who can really help you but if you do, i swear it will make a world of diference :) Don't be afraid to let others help you in that battle, even if not directly. It's always good to have someone to pick you up after you've been knocked down. So, figth. Fight like you've never fought before. The second the war is won, it will all be worth

Probably not but maybe. Most people recover from depression and return to normal 1-2 years after diagnosis. Unfortunately, for some people episodes of depression reoccur regularly throughout their lives. For this smaller group depression symptoms can be helped when managed with good health care supports. There is always hope. A hope is the spark that gets you burning bright again.

No dear. Depression is a state of mind. so it can be changed just like you keep on breathing, with every breathe you take in you feel better, so by putting positive thoughts for each situation, encouraging thoughts you can change that state of your mind.

Depression, from my experience can be controlled and there will be some days, and hopefully even most days when you will forget that this depression was even there in the first place

You won't always have depression but sometimes it takes longer than other times to come out of depression. There is not time limitations on depression or an expiry date. Depression happens for various reasons and most of the time we cannot control nor predict these reasons we just have to stay strong and keep fighting; let life be life but not let it bring us down. You will not always have depression because even in the darkness you can still see stars.

Maybe, maybe not. Many people find that with appropriate lifestyle changes, their depression is manageable without medication. Sometimes this isn't the case, and that's perfectly okay.

For some people, it is possible to completely recover from depression, but for others that may not be the case. It all depends on how you find the different treatment methods.

Depression is a complicated condition. Some depression is acute, and will generally get better within days to months. Sometimes depression is chronic, which means that it lasts longer than three months. Some people will have only a few episodes of depression while other will struggle with it their entire lives. What is important is that there are steps you can take to feel better and lead a full and happy life - even if depression is a part of it.

Yes. But you will not always be depressed. You will not always feel sad or down because there is hope!

No. It can last for an unbearable time, but it will go away. Why? It's an illness and illness always ends. Just don't loose hope!

You may, or you may not. Depending on if it's hereditary, or you were diagnosed from going through a hardship, that hardship may pass, and you will be okay.

Yes, depression is a life-long struggle, some days it will be bad, other's you won't know you have it. The key is to adopt a lifestyle that helps you manage it well, and surround yourself with people who will support you through the tough times.

The answer to this question is usually yes. Most people usually never lose depression, but learning how to cope and manage it can lead to a happier and healthier life. Therapy and medication can also help in a way, but the true way to help your depression is to be determined and ready to deal with it.

Depression feels like it will last the test of your life but it won't. As long as you take your medication and get help someday you'll live to say "I made it" you just have to help yourself and wait for that day.

If you deal with depression head on, it can and will get better for you. By that, I mean seeking professional help. Often depression will come and go at times throughout life, but with some help, it becomes much more manageable

No, people tend to go through phases of depression in their life that may last up to several years, or just months. Depression is curable and many people learn to live with it rather than against it.

Half of the people affected by depression will only experience this sadness once, while the other half has depression throughout life.

Most likely. You can for sure overcome depression, but it will always stay a part of you. Imagine it as flattening the waves, lowering their amplitude. Remember, most heros have a tragic past. The weaknesses you overcome will be a part of the final product, the person you strive to become.
