Maybe you feel unfulfilled, try doing something that can make a difference or that you love doing, fighting global warming, baking, book reviews on tumblr, baking what ever you enjoy, even loving a band or show anything you can be passionate for.
Feeling empty is a feeling many people share. I feel empty when I feel alone and bored, so I try to focus on doing things that make me happy, like playing music, writing poetry, painting and hanging out with friends. The best way to avoid feeling empty is to occupy your time with things you enjoy doing. Watching movies and reading books is very nice because it drags you to a different reality! If feeling empty and depressed is occurring too often, check with a therapist, a counselor or a psychiatrist! It is important to get yourself help.
Its not always an easy answer to give someone on why they "feel" a certain way. If you are having feelings of emptiness or other stressful or emotional feelings such as (lonliness, distress, depression) or anything that you don't fully understand, you may want to try seeking professional help such as therapy or counseling to help you sort out your feelings. If you are underage, you may want to first talk with your parents or a trusted adult to help you further.
I think the real question is what can you do to stop feeling empty. First and foremost get professional help. But perhaps that isn't necessary for you . Maybe all you need to do is help others, mediate, go for a walk, have a good talk with a friend or trusted one, practice something, do your homework for once ;), try something new, exercise, listen to music or just go to sleep finally. It's been way too long since you have had a good night sleep hasn't it?

You feel empty most probably because you haven't found the thing that flames your entire being-your passion. You should actively seek for your passion if you do not think you have one yet. If you don't think you have one, at all, that's okay too. Do not feel bad for yourself. Try to speak to your heart and feel what it directs you to do.
You might feel empty because you feel like you lack something in your life, or you feel like you have lost something.

feeling empty a sign of depression.may b ur depressed bcz of some trauma.something hurt u or let u down
A feeling of emptiness could be caused by emotional distress or feeling as though nothing is going right for you, when i was thirteen i was completely empty inside, i would cry daily and have constant panic attacks inside of school as well as outside\at home. Eventually I asked for help, and I soon realised why i felt so empty, I highly recommend speaking out and asking for help from those around you. stay strong :)
Sometimes I feel empty just because I don't know which way to turn or who to talk to. Life is never perfect however you have to set yourself on a path you have to understand why you feel empty and then you can do with an empty feeling.

I can't answer the why, you are the person who defines that initially. However, I can give advice on how to try and find ways out of it.
Do things that you love, or that make you feel at peace. If you don't currently have anything that has this effect on you or it isn't working, try new things. The thrill and adrenaline tend to dull other thoughts and emotions as they are primarily the most prominent one.
Also, make sure not to over-exert or stress yourself, as this may do more harm than good.
I hope this little bit helped as much as you hoped it would.

You haven't found anything to fill the void, be it something to do, love, appreciation, anything in between.
There are many reasons that cause us to feel empty. Being alone can make you feel empty. You must have a friend or a pet by your side.
Do you feel empty or do you feel nothingness? How does this emptiness show itself? Are there things you like doing?
You are not fulfilling your potential. Go out and do stuff. Observe what you enjoy, what is your passion and pursue it. Set your life goal and go for it. Dream big and love what you do. Enjoy your path.

You may not just feel empty but you make just feel numb. I have felt like this before, sometimes it is due to life changes that we are not able to control, and at other times there may not be a solid reason that we can link to this feeling, but it is important to know that you are able to overcome this feeling, by talking here your making steps to change this feeling.
You are missing something that you have had or would like to have. but sometimes it isn't always what you think it is. Listen to your inner self, observe your behaviour and your reactions and then figure out what's missing and go find a way of filling that empty space!
We all are not going to have great days. But just know people care and its natural to feel down at times.
You've probably fallen into the pits lately, you're lonely, tired, under-stimulated. You won't be stuck this way for long, just keep climbing and keep looking for answers.

Do you know Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior? If not, then start reading the Bible...it will fill you from head to toe with the love He has for you. Rest in His loving arms.

becuse your sad for something and its oka to feel like that and its a thing that people feel like sometime
It could be because you aren't doing something that you love, also it could be because of a recent breakup...but in most cases the best thing to do when feeling empty is to get yourself busy doing things that you enjoy.

Find something to fill your emptiness. A nice hobby or maybe a new friend or relationship. Love is a powerful feeling!!!f its a great way to fill that void
I think that sometimes you can feel empty as a result of you or someone else repressing a part of you. But other times it's because of depression, which is something you can talk to different professionals about and they can give you the proper care. Remember to do the things you love or used to love. Stay active and still take care of yourself.
As I experienced, emptiness is the period which comes after being depressed or doing something regularly, so that we lose that joyful feeling when we do a thing or just finish it.
It could be caused by a number of things. A persons emotions are typically affected by their surroundings. Try to figure out your major stressors in life and address them somehow. Without speaking personally, I cannot give better advice to you. If your emptiness, or depression, worsens or is already unbearable, seek professional help immediately.

Sometimes there is not an actual reason for feeling empty. It's a way of coping with overwhelming feelings.
