Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Yes. Yes. Yes. Abosulotely :)
We are all well trained before becoming a listener so you can totally depend on us.
Conversations between you and the listener are confidential. Plus, most of us are friendly :)

I wouldn’t say always but it is perfectly fine to find some sources to talk to so you’re not holding everything in!
If this site helps then you can use it whenever you feel you need to, but don't feel like it is the only option. The listeners here can even help you to find more useful support and information.

I believe that there's more than just one outlet for people. Yes it is good to have an outlet you really enjoy, but you should always remember that there is a lot of other things and people who are willing to help.

i believe it is, atleast that is what i do always. the people on here are all extremely supportive!
This website is a good start and it will always be here to help you talk about your problems but if they persist or get worse you should always seek professional help or talk to your family or health care professional.

Of course! There will always be someone new you can talk to if you ever need someone to listen. Its a great app to have.
yes definitely listening helps people when they feel down this is the place where they can openly talk and express their feelings their problems and a listener to listen actively compassionately
Well, all humans are social creatures, we all need someone to talk to. Having someone to discuss problems, whether that be in the group chats, in therapy, or in listener chats. It is a great tool to use when you're feeling upset, and you should always use us if you're ever feeling down. If I am being honest, truly you are the one to heal yourself, this site cannot magically heal you, but we are always here to lend a helping hand!! We're always here!!! :)

Not really, because you have to possess the ability of understanding situations on your own and finding a solution for them because you don't have someone to help you all the time
Absolutely! Listeners are on here for a reason: to be here for people who need to talk it out. This is a really great and loving community and we're always here to give an ear.
While this site is a wonderful resource and a great place to go for help or a listening ear, you should also learn ways of coping on your own over time. If you feel you are relying too heavily on this site, finding a therapist may be an excellent option for you. They will be able to teach you new ways of coping when you feel down. You don't want to feel like you are completely reliant on this website. That being said, don't feel like you can't come here, as well! Keeping a balance between seeing a therapist and visiting 7 Cups is a great thing! It's good that you are reaching out to others for help rather than isolating yourself! Chin up! :)

It is ok to do anything that you feel will help you feel better. No matter what that is. You are choosing to come here for help, and that is awesome.
I believe its ok. This site helps. Talking to people and letting this out, it helps. But having other things to help you when you are down also help.

While it is helpful, it can not always be the most reliable thing. Depending on what is the issue, it may be better to seek professional help.

It depends on what always means. It's perfectly fine to come to this site when you need to vent, but it might be good to come up with some other options as well. What if you don't have internet or can't access the site? So yes, this is a helpful resource, but you might want to think about developing some other coping strategies as well.
Of course! Turning to a proffessionl all the time isn’t a bad thing. It makes you brave for telling someone you don’t know about your struggles.
7 cups is a great site to simply put your feelings out there when you feel overwhelmed. Its non judgemental and can point you in some helpful directions.
But its important to remember that at some point we all need to depend on ourselves to make us feel better, otherwise we learn that only other people make us feel better when we are down. Its important to develop that self-love and worth which is where this site can come in. But at the end of the day, you are the expert in you; so you are the best person to depend on when you feel down! 7 cups can simply help you along the way.

I think that it is okay to find comfort and support in this site when someone is feeling down, however, it is also important to reach out to friends and family.

It is okay to seek help here on 7 cups but relying too heavily on the site can prove to be detrimental.

We always want a sympathetic ear to help us cope and ensure us we’re good people. Nothing wrong with finding help but nobody will ever get you out of that negative mood only you.
Always! Even for listeners like me, things aren't always rainbows and butterflies. I come here when life gets me down as well. It's a great site to boost those good vibes.
It's always good to share you feelings with someone when you are having a bad day and i believe people don't want to get judged so they choose not to share their feelings with closed ones at time then in that situation 7cups is the right place to turn to

Yes, if it helps. Then stick with it, it will help you get better. Then you could possibly help others who feel the way you do, you just have to figure stuff out. Some stuff is to big to handle on you’re own, and you talk to people who knows what your going through. And how it feels to walk down that path. Stay with the stuff that helps you, and know that you’ll get better soon.
Yes of course. We are all here to support you and empathize with you. Its always okay to need to talk to someone.
