Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Having to depend on a site without people you know in real life is obviously not an ideal situation but if that's what you need to keep going and you can't do any better don't stop coming or try to come less. You should always look for other things in your life that make you feel good when your down like friends and family or your hobbies and interests. It's best to have a large support system to help you feel better when you're down. However if there is no other option for you, there is no shame in relying on a community meant specifically to help you.

Yes, it is hard to deal with emotions on your own sometimes. It can be a lot to handle and sometimes you need someone to lean on and that's why were here! Not everyone has a good support system or has a very hard talking about this emotions. Everyone's minds work different and we all need to recognize this. The more we are here for one another the easier it gets. The more help we reach out for the more it allows for us to be in a calm cool state that allows for a happier lifestyle. So if you depend on this site it's better than being alone.

It is okay to always depend on this site when you feel down. If it’s not broke, don’t fix it. What matters is that you’re allowing yourself to receive help in a way that doesn’t harm yourself or others. This may take some reflection and change in direction, it may not. Either way, it doesn’t matter as there are so many wonderful things one can do to feel up. Body relaxation exercises, breathing exercises, setting small goals and achieving them, rewarding yourself with anything from a dessert to a moment in the sun, or a nap. It’s limitless. Do you.
