On 7Cups of Tea, you first have to become a listener; which isn't hard. It's a small test you have to pass, and then you can start helping people online by accepting requests. You can also learn extra topics on the tap called "Training". You can see your progress and how good you're doing on the tap "My Impact". I really hoped this helped! :)

Becoming a Listener here at 7 Cups is a great way to help people out. To become a Listener, you go through training. It is very easy to complete. Being a Listener has made me feel so happy.
There are a lot of sites where you can volunteer to help people, for example this one right here. Scroll to the bottom and under 'start connecting' there's a link called 'become a listener' and the rest is simple. You take a little course on listening skills, go through a mock chat, and then you are officially a volunteer trained listener here on 7 cups!
many people just need to talk and for that reason chatting o seven cups of tea can mean a world of difference to someone you can also respond to forms on many websites to answer questions and provide support
You can become a listener at 7 cups of tea! You can solve problems/answer questions at freerice.com. They had us do that in elementary school. If you are looking for a more direct way to help people online, you could become part of a technical/computer help team online. Or you could raise awareness to issues through social media, sign petitions, and share articles about topics you are passionate about with your social media community.

7 Cups. Beware, though, that the volunteer nature brings amateurs into the field, perhaps into cases where only professionals should intervene, but then again amateurs can be better than professionals, so it proves to be a gamble.

You can volunteer on help chat sites like this one and become a member there. Just talking to people helps.
you can join 7 cups of tea, it's free and it's really rewarding. you get to help people who seek help immediately. the website also provides self help programs, trainings, group support chats and it's really engaging.
Join & cups to become a listener! There should be an option in the to bar under "me." Listening on here is a great way to help, sometimes that is all a person needs.

I think that one can gain happiness genuinely by helping people - because people do talk kindly back to you for your efforts.
You can volunteer online on sites such as this one, forums, social media, online chats, or anything else. Any way that you can reach out to someone or offer your advice can be helpful to someone else. You could get started by posting about being able to help if someone needs or helping out someone that has stated they're having a rough time. You just have to make yourself known and available.
Best way to volunteer online is by volunteering here:) As here, you dont need to pay for the training required
You could be working on 7cups for example :) There are plenty of options ranging from taking Youtube videos, writing online blogs or helping NGO's improving their website or social media accounts.
I think 7 cups is a perfect example to help others . You can do lots of things here to help others like Listening Being a mod or just giving out hugs
I did a personal support instagram gallery for people in the same battle as me especially teenagers (: I helped them by giving out random compliments and keep checking out anyone who's currently in any depression phase by private messaging them so that they know someone cares (:
Easiest way, become a certified listener here lol. I think I have helped many in my time here and I hope to continue making a difference here in the immediate future.

Becoming a listener on 7 Cups of Tea is a great way to start helping other people! The website provides training and certification so you are not going in uninformed, and you get to talk to a wide variety of people. Online services are often simple to use, and you can set your own schedule rather than having to commit to volunteer hours in an agency.
Just by listening. Hearing them out and letting them get it out! Npby show ibf compassion. And talking about solutions.
