There's many ways. One: join a site related to this. People need a shoulder to cry on, or a ear to listen to them. Simply joining these sites could save a life. Two: Just be there for others. if you see someone being bullied online, take charge and help them. There are many depressed/suicidal people all over social media. Reach out to them.
Easily! Just press 'become a Listener' in the toolbar of this site, and complete the basic course!

By being a listener, you can help people. Most of the time, they aren't actually looking for a solution from you, they are just looking for somebody to care enough to listen to them while they find their own answers. If you care, you can help. :)
Great question! Sign up to become a listener on this site! Click "Become a Listener" on the 7 Cups of Tea website. Best wishes. - Nate
