Why can't I seem to move on?
Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

It sounds like you are stuck in a rough spot, perhaps it is something specifically that you are stuck on. However, you know yourself better than I do, so you would know better than I what exactly it is that is keeping you from moving on. In my personal experience, moving on is often difficult when there is something particular that I am unwilling of losing. Do you think this might apply to you? Do you think you have anything important that might be making it hard for you to move on? Maybe if you were to give me more context and talk about it more you will figure out an answer?

Oftentimes in a situation of upset or stress we find ourselves stuck,… stuck on questions of why or how and aren’t ready or willing even to accept the place we’re in. It’s important to look at the situation your stuck in or the thoughts you’re stuck on and ask yourself “what now can be done to best serve me?” Look for where you hold the control in the future outcome of your life, and understand that we don’t always have a say in how things turn out, despite how hard we want them and how hard we try. Move your thoughts from the past to the present, and see what staying there and circling is doing to you. What purpose does it serve? Now how can you change those past thoughts to present “in the moment” thoughts, and take charge of them, staying aware and moving forward with a new lesson and deeper understanding

It is natural to be stuck, I am not going to lie but it will be difficult to move on from any form of trauma or it could be something that you are attached to emotionally. I know it will be hard, but i know that you will be able to get out of it. It will take time. The more time you take to heal yourself, the better your life will be. No matter what happens, just close your eyes and take a deep breath in and exhale slowly, give yourself a pat on the back, saying "well done!". BE BRAVE AND BE STRONG AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO WALK OUT OF HELL ON YOUR OWN.

Moving on is hard, it's really hard... but we all can do it, right? We are bound to overcome it. That is life after all. We need to move on for us to move forward. :) When we have moved on, our painful experience becomes memory now. And so is happiness and sadness. Always do what you love, feel what you feel, and never regret doing the things that made you happy. After all, who's flawless? And when things gets hard, no matter how tough it gets... always always give your heart space to breathe. There may be many things that we regret, but that makes us humans. If we do things we don't regret, we'd be deities.

You create fake hopes that they will return or things can be fixed and live happily ever after. These fake hopes will drain you more and you'll feel more heartbroken. Sometime you look for the closure you wanted to get. When you don't know the exact reason for the relationship to break. You always think about what went wrong. Afraid that you will not find someone that will love you. Afraid that they will forget you if you let go or move on. You give so much time for them, you made them part of your life. Think they are the only one. Always look for the exact replica of them. Not giving any chances for other people.
