Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

You can tell when you've really moved on because you view the person a different way.
Like, say you had this one person that was annoying and kinda weird that you were into, after you find out that they don't like you, then they seem annoying and weird to you, too. Make sense?
Crushing one-sided is complicated, but knowing when you moved on is easier. When you can look at them and think of anything besides "crush", that's when you've moved on. Also, if you're more friendly than romantic with them, and when you start focusing your attention on someone else.
So, all in all, moving on is a process. Good luck!

You know you have moved on completely when you feel a sort of satisfaction inside you even when you think about the event that caused you to have to try moving on initially. There's no direct definition of 'moved on' you know. It varies person to person. To each moved on might be different. Some conquer their fear which causes them to move on from their past trauma. Some find better experience to completely erase the past trauma, some simply let time heal.
I tried keeping it short and simple. I hope I was clear. And lastly I hope you or anyone trying to move on succeeds in moving on because you guys DESERVE it!
