You are not alone! Anxiety

Anxiety can be a very overwhelming thing to tackle. It can make you feel so alone and helpless. The severity of our feelings sometimes makes us think 'No one else could possibly understand how I feel, even I don't know what this?' our mind plays these tricks on us but it can help to know that we are not alone. 

Anxiety is much more common than you think. An estimated 275 million people suffer from anxiety disorders. That’s around 4% of the global population. That means 275 million people know how you feel, 4% of the population has experienced/is experiencing the anxiety that you are feeling. 

This also means a lot of them have developed insights into what helps anxiety through their own experiences. There are methods that can help, your anxiety can be managed. It may not feel like it at this moment but things will change. You are not helpless or hopeless. Things will get better.
