What is Mindfulness Practice? [DBT step 3]
Mindfulness and mindfulness skills can be practiced at any time, anywhere, while doing anything.
Intentionally paying attention to the moment, without judging it or holding on to it, is all that is needed.
The KEY is: non-judgemental present-focused awareness.
I used to associate mindfulness with religion, but it does not have to be that way.
Mindfulness is just about being observant in the present moment.
