I am happy that you have found this path. If you have chosen this path, chances are that you are struggling with Anxiety and you need help in managing it. You have come to the right place. Living with anxiety can be quite difficult at times but it helps to know that you are not alone and while you can't cure anxiety, you can learn how to manage it better. This path aims to help you manage anxiety especially when it is running high.

The path focuses on providing you with tools, information, and exercises that will help you manage anxiety better. At times the exercises mentioned and the information provided may require you to step outside your comfort zone and face your anxiety. I acknowledge that this is a very difficult thing to do but if you stick with it, you will see an improvement in your anxiety and overall mood.

I ask that you keep an open mind and take part in the path exercises to get the most out of this path. Selecting this path is a step in the right direction.
