As soon as you learn something, you can do trials or exercises to see if you really know how to apply the material.

You will feel confidence when you can get the answer right.

 

15) Do things systematically by being methodical.

Creating and repeating a routine or habit can make something feel easy over time.

After you set up your routine or habit and learn it, it can become almost automatic.

Then feelings of confidence can come from having that ability.
