Then you can do it almost automatically with minimal thought

The more you repeat the task consistently,
the better and faster the brain programs it

Even complicated tasks can become made automatic...
if they are made of many small tasks or habits.

Just repeat it over and over long enough -- very consistently -- and it can form in the brain as a habit.
