- protecting one's self

- protecting mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health

- making life simple, routine, habitual, automatic, healthy 


Do you properly and regularly. . .  

- Eat

- Rest

- Sleep

- Breathe

- Maintain good posture

- Stay active

- Think/reflect

- Self-talk

- Manage emotions

- Manage attitudes

- Manage priorities

- Stay-empowered

- Socialize

- Get support when needed


If not, you may be stuck because you:

- Rely on pain or emergency for motivation

- Need proactive motivation and attention

- Need healthy routines

- Need healthy habits

- Don't know how to build healthy routines and habits

- Don't use reminders or other helpful tools


Try being proactive:

- Keep things in control

- Stop being passive

- Stop only reacting after things get out of control
