Stop Comparing Yourself with Others
It can be easy to compare ourselves with others. We see highlights of people's lives, their happy social media posts, or their smiling faces and assume that they have it better or we want what they have. But the reality is you only know what they choose to show which is likely the best or exaggerated parts of their lives.
A helpful way to stop comparing yourself with others is by showing gratitude for the things you are/have.
