Click HERE to listen to the text below.
How is your new habit going?
What have you tried?
What is working well and worth celebrating?
What seems to need a different approach?
Is your "AFTER I _______" specific enough?
Is your "BECAUSE I ______" good enough?
Keep at it daily and your new habit will grow more automatic little by little!
You can note your ideas in the TEMPORARY box below just for fun. 🌝
Or to use your personal 7Cups "My Notes" Tool, click HERE.
TIP: If you enter notes somewhere and keep it visible daily, it can make your habit grow strong.
TIP: Set a daily reminder on your calendar to... Work on your new habit. Track your progress. And list ideas for its improvement.
TIP: Celebrate your successes right away. Like.. Say "Yay!" after you do your squats or counter push ups.
TIP: Track your progress daily in a visible way where you do your habit daily. Like put a star on the refrigerator every time you do your push-ups. Then the next day start over.
TIP: Keep experimenting and enjoy this whole empowered process.
TIP: Keep your new habit very tiny, easy, and consistent. Then it will be easy to "just do it" without thinking.
TIP: You can always see previous steps and videos in this growth path if you click HERE.
TIP: You learned these moves:
You learned Countertop:
PUSH-UPs (VERY EASY YET EFFECTIVE)
KNEE-LIFTS (GREAT FOR LEGS AND CORE)
HIP-CIRCLES (GREAT FOR VARIETY)
LEG-LIFTS (GREAT FOR GLUTES)
FORWARD-STRETCHES (GREAT FOR BACK)
SIDE-STRETCHES (GREAT AFTER SITTING LONG TIME), and
TRICEPS DIPS (GREAT FOR BACK OF ARMS)
TIP: You can do the moves "your way".
TIP: You can make up your own moves.
TIP: You can combine 2 moves into 1 move. Like combine push-up followed by squat to get a "steeple-jack" type move, which is a lot of fun. Hold on to the counter! If you pull yourself up from the squat with your arms then you'll be adding an easy pull-up too!
TIP: Add fun music like this
Pick a catchy song that's easy to remember.
Then just hum it and "bust a move"🏃 💃
Now... please note your ideas in the TEMPORARY box below just for fun. 🌝
