Tracking sleep patterns can be very helpful to improve sleep quality. Identify the pattern and it's easier to solve. Identify your current status and strive to reach healthy sleep efficiency goals. All data is only kept in your browser until you clear it. So don't clear your browser or you will lose the data! You can also save your data as a .csv file and load it into a spreadsheet. The tool provides result graphs and tables. The tool tracks DATE, SLEEP EFFICIENCY, NAPPING, TIME YOU TRIED TO SLEEP, TIME YOU GOT TO SLEEP, NUMBER OF TIMES WOKE DURING SLEEP, WAKE UP TIME, GET OUT OF BED TIME, SLEEP QUALITY. WEEKLY AVERAGES. Graphs and tables for: TOTAL TIME IN BED TRYING TO SLEEP, PRE-SLEEP TIME IN BED, SNOOZE TIME, TOTAL WAKE TIME, TOTAL SLEEP TIME. Use "Details" page to easily see all data in one place that is stored only in your browser. For better results, use Better Sleep Growth Path at the same time. Tracking of notes can be done in a separate diary like a text file.
