SF: What happens when you don’t reflect

When you are not self-reflecting, you keep running on a treadmill without even knowing why you are running in the first place. But it leads to burnout, being overwhelmed, and stressed about everything. That’s why you need to PAUSE. Hop off the treadmill to identify what’s working and what not? And, if something is not working, then plan the changes to make it work.
Self-reflection is an easy process. All you are required to ask yourself the right questions and give time to answer those questions. All it requires is awareness, commitment, and dedicating time.
