SF: Reflect on you

Creator: @ASilentObserver

It includes who you are and what you want for your life. This is the self-reflection step in the process of self-reflection. From Aristotle to Socrates and Pythagoras stressed how knowing oneself is helpful to make things better for one’s life as well as people around you.

Here are some questions you can use to ‘ponder’ when you reflect on YOU:

1. What are my unique gifts, skills, strengths, or talents?
2. What are the weaknesses or blind spots I need to watch out for?
3. What am I focusing on?
4. What is one thing I want to create for this world?
5. One thing that makes me happy
6. Am I doing things based on my priority list?
7.
What am I holding on to that I need to let go of?
8. Who has had the greatest impact on my life?
