Self caring the right way!
A big part of taking care of yourself includes regularly taking part in activities that contribute to your wellbeing. We often refer to such activities as self-care. There is a lot of mixed information about what constitutes self-care activities. To answer this question, an activity is a self-care activity if you feel energized/refreshed after taking part in it. One can argue that binge-watching your favorite show may not be a self-care activity if it leaves you feeling dull and tired.
