Self-care activity
A picture is worth a thousand words. Go out to a beautiful, scenic, or calming place and take a picture of anything that gets your attention. Take as many as you wish. After you return home, reflect on these pictures and think of some reasons why you like them. You can even write them down if you want. Maybe these pictures might make for a good wallpaper or you can even share them on 7cups if you want!
