Prioritize Your Work
So you have found yourself with a few different roles/tasks. This is not just relevant for leaders, even listeners who are focused on supporting members via active listening can feel overwhelmed. Perhaps you have a lot of regular members and you are struggling to support them all. In such a case you can benefit from prioritizing.
Write down the responsibilities you have and next to them, rate them on the scale or urgency from 1-10 and same for importance. You may also write the reasons for why you gave it a certain rating.
Now start with the tasks whose total is the highest, the move your way down. According to the above table, the person will start with weekly check-in for sub-community then schedule member chat and will do the project team check-ins last.
