Then identify your core values. Here’s an example that can help you define the top 5 core values for yourself. Then set goals! Create a SMART goal list to help you progress in your personal development plan.
Something to do: Write a personal vision statement. A personal vision statement reflects your personal traits and core values. It seeks to answer the question, “Who am I and what is my higher calling?”
