Stuck in bad routines due to default mindset:


- The mind by default wants to keep you safe

- So the mind is always partially against change

- So the mind usually always makes you feel uncomfortable about change


That can make it hard for some to change for the better.

So recognize your mind's ingrained resistance:

- Make changes happen anyway!

How?
 

Take action repeatedly to overcome inner resistance to change:

- Then soon, the mind will become accustomed to the new normal for you 

This applies to new:

- Habits

- Routines

- Self-image

- Ways of thinking


Notice when you are falling into an old "rut".

- Take corrective action

- Go into your new mode of behaving, thinking, doing 

- Be the new you now
