List of Good and Bad Things
When we are struggling with confidence and self-esteem issues, it can be easy to remain fixated on what we lack. Let's change that a bit. Take a paper/grab a doc and divide it into two columns. List down all of the things you believe you lack in the left column and next to the list, write down how much you believe those thoughts in percentage. Next, in the right column, list down all the good things about yourself or your life and write down how strongly you believe those things to be true in percentage again.
This exercise can help you acknowledge the things that you lack but at the same time not let that stop you from all the good things that exist within you.
