Keep a positivity diary
When we are struggling with some heavy thoughts, it can become easy to only focus on what we lack, the things we wish we were or had. It can be easy to fuel the inner critic and start to see only the negative. But you have the power to challenge this pattern, you hold the key to nudging your thoughts in the right direction.
In order to do this, we recommend keeping a positivity diary/journal. This can be a physical diary or you can use an app or a notepad to do this. At the end of each day, note down 3-5 things that you did well. This can be as simple as making your bed and as complicated as building a rocket. Every positive thing counts.
