Happiness Scale - Being mindful of your time
Earlier in the path, we talked about the Happiness scale and we did an activity where you ranked all of your daily tasks on the happiness scale. Scoring each item on a scale from 1-10 and trying to incorporate more of the items that bring you joy.
Take a look at your schedule today, rank the tasks that you need to do using the happiness scale and identify 1-2 tasks/Items that are rated 7-10 on the scale. If there are no high-rated items, consider adding 1-2 items that bring you joy/happiness. These can be simple items like taking a walk or talking to a friend.
List one item/task that you will do today that is rated 7 or higher on your happiness scale. Please be specific, pick a time and figure out the details.
