The results of living by your conscience

Deep down we all know what we ought to be doing and at some point in our lives we have found ourselves following our conscience and have benefited from it and similarly violating our conscience results in distress and frustration. For example, studying for a test when you should be studying results in satisfaction but proactastinating on it can result in feelings of frustration and the consequence of a bad grade.

Learning from living

Stop making the same mistakes you have always been making. If a habit no longer benefits you, take actions to stop it. Evaluate your week and decide what decisions were not beneficial and try your best to avoid them moving forward.
