Daily Mood Log
If you are experiencing high levels of anxiety and panic then you can benefit from keeping a mood log. A mood log is basically a more structured journal where you record your thoughts, identify any cognitive distortions and then challenge them. Consistent keeping of it can help you feel less anxious and overall more positive about your situation.
