- Pick a near-by class featuring your favorite music π΅ and dance moves.
- Pick something just a little challenging ππ

- Try on-line classes first. Some are free!Β
- Prepare by watching videos below.πΒ Β
- When watching videos, just do the arm moves first while sitting. It takes far less motivation. So it's far easier to "Just do it". Then guess what! You'll suddenly realize it actually feels good fast and is fun too! Yay! πΒ
