Challenging Negative Thoughts
Positive thinking can help the way in which we perceive the world and the struggles we face in everyday lives. Many of us will experience automatic negative thoughts which may cause self-doubt, self-blame, and the feeling of failure. We can change the way our thoughts are processed by writing down the list of our negative thoughts and replacing them with more positive ones.
Write down 3 negative thoughts you have about yourself or your circumstances and then replace those thoughts with 3 positive thoughts.
