Sheila Simpson-Creps, MA, LMHC, MFA, AT, is a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor who understands that at times, the pain of life's events can feel overwhelming, and the questions life throws our way can appear insurmountable. She believes that during these poignant passages, a therapeutic alliance can significantly aid in healing and reducing stress. Sheila is committed to listening to and witnessing each client's unique story, providing a safe and confidential space to explore the challenges they face. With specialized training in Art Therapy, Jungian-oriented psychotherapy, Play Therapy, Sandplay, and Telemental Health Therapy, she focuses on addressing bereavement, anxiety, and trauma recovery. Her practice highlights the importance of creativity, art, and imagination as therapeutic tools to help clients delve into their concerns. Currently, Sheila offers her services via teletherapy, supporting the mental health needs of adults and elderly clients in Washington State.
