Crystal Alexander, a compassionate and experienced counselor, understands that life can often veer off the path we envisioned, making it challenging to navigate those obstacles alone. With nearly two decades dedicated to working with adolescents in a local public high school and facilitating women's groups through various churches and ministries, Crystal has engaged with a diverse spectrum of individuals, each carrying unique challenges and stories. Her mission is to walk alongside those in need, fostering healing, growth, and insight in their journeys. Kandace Andrews is a licensed clinical mental health counselor (MA, LCMHC, RPT) who brings genuine enthusiasm to her work with children and families. She understands that exploring counseling options can be overwhelming, especially when a child is facing challenges. Therefore, Kandace is dedicated to working with children aged 3-17, providing individual therapy and essential parenting support throughout the healing process. Her expertise includes play therapy for younger children, effectively allowing them to communicate through play, while she utilizes engaging activities, books, and talk therapy with older kids. With significant experience in outpatient counseling, Kandace specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, and attachment-related concerns stemming from foster care and adoption. She has completed the Training for Adoption Competency, earning her recognition as a nationally certified Adoption Competent Counselor. Additionally, her specialized training in EMDR equips her to provide trauma-focused therapy that promotes healing and resilience.

Dr. Angela Houser-Betti, a skilled Neuropsychologist, specializes in a wide array of comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluations for adults and adolescents exhibiting neurological and psychiatric symptoms. While she does not conduct therapy herself, Dr. Houser-Betti actively collaborates with colleagues to refer patients when therapeutic intervention is necessary. She often receives referrals from psychiatrists, neurologists, therapists, and primary care physicians, assisting them in clarifying diagnoses to guide treatment decisions. Self-referrals are also encouraged. Additionally, Dr. Houser-Betti conducts evaluations for Adult ADHD, Independent Medical Examinations, Workers Compensation Evaluations, and Forensic/Guardianship Evaluations, along with various Psychological Evaluations upon request. Her Neuropsychological Evaluations are instrumental in assessing dementia and associated disorders in the elderly and identifying developmental disabilities in adolescents aged 16 and older, which may arise from pre-or perinatal anomalies, brain injuries, or concussions. She utilizes neuropsychological testing to evaluate cognitive, behavioral, and emotional concerns, addressing school-related behavioral issues such as potential learning disabilities, ADHD, and mood disorders. Dr. Houser-Betti provides thoughtful recommendations for treatment, school accommodations, and other supportive interventions, reflecting her commitment to enhancing her patients' well-being.
