With nearly two decades dedicated to working with adolescents in a local public high school and facilitating women's groups through various churches and ministries, Crystal has engaged with a diverse spectrum of individuals, each carrying unique challenges and stories. Her mission is to walk alongside those in need, fostering healing, growth, and insight in their journeys. Crystal believes that no one should feel isolated or ashamed of their feelings and encourages others to embrace the path towards mental and emotional wellness together.
