I’m wannaPeace68. I actually joined 7 cups 6 or 7 years ago when I had my struggles back then. I’ve returned again to this space as I am now coping with new struggles. At the sams time I guess becoming an active listener helps me too. It makes me feel better knowing that I could make someone’s day!

Hi everyone! I am still new here and learning the best ways to listen and to support people. I was interested in psychology ever since I was younger and am perusing it as my major. However, I struggle with finding the right words in real time, I am trying my very hardest to practice these skills for when I need them! 🤗

It's completely normal to feel like finding the right words in real time is a challenge—many of us have been there! What matters most is your willingness to practice and your genuine desire to support others, which already shows that you're on the right track.

hi I’ve been on here since 2018 the year my grandfather died I am a dog mom I volunteer at a senior center I am a listener on here, but haven’t been up to the task lately I never want people to feel how I have felt
