@Heather225 Hi I'm Maizey. I used to come here often, but my health had gotten better. Frequently I had other sources of people to talk to. I doubt anyone here remembers me, that's okay. But I haven't been feelings so well lately. Just wanted to talk to someone get my feelings out, and see if anyone feels the same way.
@Maziey Welcome back! I hope connecting here helps with managing difficult emotions. We all feel down at times.

Hello, I'm luches. (aka. alex)
I'm 17 years old teen, mostly interested in the retro collections, or technique. I'm mostly kind, and enduring. Currently, I have somewhat a lack of friends, so I downloaded 7cups app to chat with some people around a whole world, or even make some friends. (Sorry for mine broken English..)
I like to discuss mostly about the retro. Probably, the best topic for me is MP3-players. Sounds nostalgic, isn't it? I'm somewhat a expert into that.
It's nice to meet you all! 🙂🌺💮
@luches
Hey, Luches (or Alex)! It's awesome to meet you! There's no need to apologize for your English; it’s perfectly understandable, and you’re doing great!
I love that you're into retro stuff, especially MP3 players, which brings back memories! (I'm old) There's something so cool about that era of tech. Do you have a favorite model or one that you think stands out?
Oh, belive me or not, but I have somewhat a special charm to them. Thought, they look simple or outdated for other people (possibly), but for me they're still useful.
As example, I used Ipod Nano 6, pretty good device to listen music + cheaper version of Apple watch.
But now currently I have a Samsung MP3 player YP-Z5F, which is known as the Ipod nano's competitor. Pretty good one, and cheap one.
Also I'm collecting floppy disks. Some of them are even from early 70s. (There's a lot information to tell about it, but I think it would sound like a big post or something)
But still, I thank you very much for a reply!
Where I could possibly find friends over there, or someone, to get comfortable with? I still cannot understand the interface properly...
@Heather225 Hi! I am new to this and not sure what to share, even if I should use my real name. I do not have a handle and am not sure where to create one. I am struggling with anxiety on a daily basis. Most days I do not know why I am anxious but try to use my coping techniques and positive affirmations to help. My wish to be able to bring my anxiety under some sort of control so that I wake up each day with hope and joy and look forward to it. Today I don't do that. I also look forward to events weeks before they occur but as I get closer to the event I start to get anxious and panicky but do not know why.
@powerfulPerson8519
Hey! I get where you're coming from, and it's great that you're opening up. You don’t need to worry about sharing your real name here. Lots of people use a handle or nickname, and it can be fun to come up with something unique that feels like you. As for the anxiety, it sounds tough, but it’s awesome that you’re already using coping techniques and positive affirmations.
It’s natural to get excited about events and then feel anxious as they get closer. Our brains sometimes trick us into worrying about things that we don’t need to worry about. Maybe it's just your mind trying to prepare for the unknown, even if there’s nothing wrong. If you ever want to talk through what’s making you feel anxious or just need a distraction, we have many listeners here who can support you on the topic of anxiety! And remember, one step at a time you’ve got this. Sending positive vibes your way!
Joined yesterday dealing with depression just lost interest in most things and shut myself off from the world, friends don't seem to care, family doesn't understand. Feel like I will forever remain on the bottom rung of the ladder.
Hey @wjglory 👋
Welcome to 7 cups!
It must be hard for you to deal with it alone, without the support from your family and friends. I understand you, I would like to support you as a listener. Please reach out to me or any listener here you would like. It would help you feel better to release the feeling of those unheard emotions.
