Happy I was about to find this group through a crisis hotline in my state. I’m going through a very terrible situation and divorce that completely blindsided me with my highschooo sweetheart. I feel absolutely broken. Nighttime is the worst and it’s when I find myself on the app. I feel very alone. Any help or guidance on best ways to use this app would be helpful
