7 cups does offer 1-1 therapy which is a paid service, and if interested, you can find more information here, or in this FAQ page (which I hope should be updated hehe).
The following are available to everyone without any cost involved:
♡ Peer Support might not be the same as therapy (ofcourse) but it is good to have someone listen to us that is trained in listening, and has a will to offer us a safe space full of compassion and empathy. Listeners can be found here https://www.7cups.com/BrowseListeners/.
♡ There's several group chatrooms too available that you can access, in case you prefer seeking support in a group setting, and connecting with others in real time.
May even consider attending a Sharing Circle or signing up for 7 cups huddles (topic focused) for the same reasons.
You can also check out the welcome pack for members that's linked in the original post of this thread, to help you navigate around the site.

@theriverissinging this is my first day here. I've been hiding my real feelings and isolating for so long that it's hard to be honest about how I really feel. I'm hoping to get more in touch with how I really feel no matter what anyone thinks. I hope to be a more honest, self-confident version of myself.

@theriverissinging for someone who isn't used to talking to people or sharing my emotions, how can 7cups help me?

Sounds like you're already taking a step in the right direction, it takes a bit of vulnerability to admit our own weaknesses such as not being really used to sharing our feelings or talking to others. You will certainly get many opportunities to obtain more practice with both sharing your feelings and talking to others with the help of trained listeners on 7 Cups.

I'm interested in internship with 7 Cups.
I’m Joy. Even with my name being Joy I don’t feel like that at all. I have been through a lot to be honest. I’m struggling with many things right now, but two of the most things is my eating disorder and panic attack disorder, it’s making me so frustrated , making every day challenging for me. I think I do deserve to be happy again if I may say. I would like to ask for help but I’m afraid to bother others. I don’t want to give up on myself because I promised myself to try.

Aw welcome to the community, Joy, you most definitely do not have to feel joyous all the time, but yes you do deserve to feel happy and comfortable through the days specially when you want to feel happy, it certainly can get exhausting dealing with so much at once, so very sorry you've been struggling with your wellbeing. :/
I can relate with the thought about being a bother to others, and therefore hesitating to reach out to people for help, good thing is 7 cups is exactly the place for it, and no, you won't be bothering anyone if you reach out to them (we can assure our brain as much possible, that we indeed are not being a bother, we are simply reaching out for support, we need and deserve, being gentle with oneself helps), but yes, you're allowed your time to do it, feel free to explore the community and reach out at your pace, we are all here for you. While it is a difficult thing to do, it is also a brave thing to do, and yesss, gotta honor the self-promise hehe, keep trying and doing your best.❤ I hope there's many amazing days in store for you.
